Description :

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues encountered by users.
  • Manage the configuration, operation, and maintenance of client-based computer operating systems.
  • Monitor system performance daily, responding promptly to security or usability concerns.
  • Ensure data integrity by creating and verifying regular backups.
  • Address and resolve help desk requests in a timely manner.
  • Upgrade systems and processes as needed for improved functionality and security.
  • Document processes, updates, and troubleshooting steps in logs and knowledge base.
  • Assist with the onboarding and technical setup of new users.
  • Ensure the ongoing integrity and security of all computer systems.
  • Continuously engage in educational opportunities to update job knowledge

Requirements :

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience Level:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, technical assistance, or system administration.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in IT Project Management and Technical Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solid understanding of network configurations, software applications, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain and ensure the security of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
  • Assist in IT project management, including planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth system operations and address technical challenges.
  • Monitor system performance and security measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily an office-based role, with the potential for occasional remote work.
  • May be required to be on-call outside of normal business hours to address urgent technical issues.
