Manage day-to-day service delivery operations for Career Professionals, Inc., a leader in HR & Recruitment.
Ensure client requirements are met with high-quality standards and manage client satisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve service delivery challenges.
Implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
Monitor service delivery metrics and report on performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and practices.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field required.
Experience Level: Must possess 5-10 years of experience in Service Delivery or Operations.
Skills and Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, process improvement and strategic planning abilities, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in service management software.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee the delivery of services to ensure quality and customer satisfaction, manage service delivery teams, develop operational procedures, and ensure SLAs are met.
Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional travel required. Must be willing to work outside standard hours when necessary.
