Design and Development:

• Develop infrastructure solutions that are efficient, scalable, and secure.

• Work with stakeholders to grasp and fulfill their technology requirements.

• Research and suggest enhancements for our current infrastructure.

Maintenance and Problem Solving:

• Regularly maintain, update, and back up infrastructure elements.

• Address infrastructure issues promptly and effectively.

• Offer technical assistance and advice to IT personnel and end-users.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies across all infrastructure components.

• Deploy and monitor security protocols to safeguard systems and data.

• Conduct routine security assessments and contribute to risk management initiatives.

Project Management:

• Lead and engage in infrastructure initiatives from inception to conclusion.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary for project implementation.

• Document infrastructure configurations, modifications, and operational procedures.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster collaboration with the IT team and other departments to align infrastructure with organizational objectives.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry developments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of extensive experience in IT Infrastructure Management (network and telecommunications, systems and database, computer operations, technical support, etc.) or in similar role or capacity.

• 2+ years of extensive experience as a Network Administrator / Engineer.

• 2+ years of extensive experience as a Systems and Server Administrator / Engineer.

• Knowledge of Cloud Computing.

• Willing to accept initial project-based employment.

• Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
