Description
- Oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient technology operations for 5L Solutions Supply and Allied Services Corp. in the competitive manufacturing and industrial supplies industry.
- Manage data security, conduct regular system upgrades, and provide IT support to optimize workflows and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with various departments to align IT strategies with business goals.
- Act as a key decision-maker for procurement of new tech equipment and software.
- Lead IT projects, from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level with less than 1 year of experience in IT.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in software troubleshooting, basic coding knowledge, understanding of network configuration, and familiarity with database management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in daily IT support tasks, maintain computer systems, provide technical assistance to staff, and contribute to IT projects.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional requirements to work after hours for system maintenance or urgent support.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, eager to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
