About the Role

We are looking for a IT HEAD to join our client’s team in Taytay City. This role is ideal for someone who will lead the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure, systems, and digital transformation initiatives. This role oversees IT operations, cybersecurity, systems development, and ensures that all technology solutions align with business objectives. The IT Head provides visionary leadership to enhance efficiency, security, and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IT infrastracture, systems, and daily operations to ensure reliability, security and efficiency.
• Lead ERP implementation and future e-commerce integrations in collaboration with relevant business units.
• Build, mentor and develop a high performing IT team, ensuring continuous skills improvement.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, cybersecurity protocols, and data privacy compliance.
• Recommend and implement tools and technologies to enhance productivity, collaboration, and automation.
• Oversee vendor relationships, hardware provisioning and technical support across the organization.
• Present IT updates, strategies and project progress during management committee meetings and advise leadership on technology opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in IT leadership roles (e.g., IT Manager, IT Director, CTO).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud computing, ERP/CRM systems, and digital transformation projects.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
