IT Consultant

We are looking for a Technology Engineer / Consultant specializing in Unified Communication and Collaboration (UC&C) to design, present, and implement technology solutions that meet client requirements.

• Deliver effective product and solution presentations or demonstrations
• Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prepare Scope of Work (SOW) for proposed solutions
• Collaborate with customers, account teams, and solution architects to plan and design optimal solutions
• Coordinate with technical consultants and engineers to identify and resolve issues
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• At least 2 years of presales experience specializing in UC&C technologies
• Strong understanding of UC&C architecture and solutions
• Holder of technical certifications from major IT brands or certification institutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
