• To be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
• To talk to staffs through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software replace parts if required.
• To provide technical assistance/support, including procedural documentation and relevant follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology

• Must be knowledgeable in PHP and Mysql

• At least 1 year of working experience in System Support/Programming

• Skilled in system testing / debugging

• Must be willing to travel
