Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in the execution and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Maintain proper control of quality and environmental documentation such as policies, procedures, manuals, and records in line with ISO compliance requirements.
• Organize and support internal audit activities, including developing audit schedules, assisting auditors, and tracking audit findings, corrective measures, and improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with different departments to identify nonconformities, operational risks, and environmental impacts, ensuring that corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented effectively and on time.
• Assist in preparations for external audits and certification processes, coordinating with certification bodies and external auditors.
• Support customer and supplier accreditation requirements by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to relevant quality standards.
• Conduct training sessions and awareness programs to enhance employee knowledge of quality management systems and environmental compliance.
• Compile and present compliance reports, audit results, and recommendations for system improvements to management.
• Monitor updates in ISO standards, regulatory policies, and industry best practices, particularly those related to manufacturing and automotive quality management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in ISO system implementation, quality management systems, or audit coordination.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 is strongly preferred.
• Experience in customer or supplier accreditation processes is considered an advantage.
• Internal Auditor certification or training for ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 14001:2015 is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, documentation, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
