Job Summary

• Responsible for daily warehouse and logistics operations
• Handles receiving, inventory, and dispatch of e-bike units, parts, and materials

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming units, parts, and materials
• Record all inbound deliveries accurately
• Prepare, organize, and pack items for delivery or transfer
• Assist in loading and unloading of deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation of all stock movements (inbound and outbound)
• Coordinate with Production and Sales teams for order fulfillment
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage
• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of inventory and documentation processes
• Physically fit and able to lift/move items
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Willing to be trained

• On-site at Cainta, Rizal
