You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

· Purchase Orders per Supplier (IOC , VILOIL, PDCO)

· Monitor Purchase orders with/without SO

· Enrollment of new Supplier and location to SAP system for new port

· Daily recon of IOC DR and Petrogazz RR

· Daily recon of Petrogazz RR & Petrogazz DR included PO allocations

· Attend Operations Concerns and Inquiries

· Follow up Operations re concerns

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the Oil and Gas or related industrial sector.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase order systems, and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
