We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team! This dual-role position combines inventory management with workplace safety compliance, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and safe working conditions.

Job Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile inventory, including warehouse and safety supplies.
• Oversee VAS operations (stickering and bundling) and supervise third-party manpower.
• Act as Safety Officer—conduct inspections, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor internal trucking operations, dispatch schedules, and related RFPs.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations; knowledge of safety compliance is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); SAP & ERP is a plus.
