Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Forecasting: Analyse historical sales and market trends to forecast future stock needs.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
  • Optimization: Identify slow-moving or excess stock to reduce carrying costs and improve turnover.
  • Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to manage replenishment and product launches.

Job Requirements


  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and modeling.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced MS Excel.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written skills for collaborating across departments.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reporting and tracking, often in fast-paced environments.
  • Education: Typically a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance, or business. Indeed +3

  • 1–3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
