MANAGEMENT OF INVENTORY

• Assist in the overall aspect of inventory movement including management of delivery postings and transfer receiving.
• Generate and track accurate reports of store’s inventory.
• Effectively adheres to policies and procedures for proper inventory handling
• Consistently resolves any inventory issues in a timely manner
• Coordinates with Backend Lead, Store Managers and HQ Retail Operations team for any variances and issues with regards to deliveries and store-to-store transfers
• Monitors stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of selling floor merchandise
• Maintains accurate inventory pyramidal counts and coordinate regular cycle counts and stock audits
• Suggests strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations

MANAGEMENT OF BACK OF HOUSE

• Acts as a role model for best practices, along with BOH team, for inventory controls
• Leads and trains back-of-house members for maintaining clean and organized stockroom situation
• Ensures timely execution of any product transfers, visual merchandise requests and salesfloor product adjustments
• Collaborates with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth coordination and merchandise flow
• Heads the organization and proper monitoring of products inside the stockroom which includes consistent updates of product label, convenient product layout and efficient access of back to front product replenishment

TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Works closely with the Back-of-House team to ensure smooth BOH operations
• Consistently handles one self’s attendance and reports to store leads promptly for any adjustments or requests
• Creates a harmonious understanding of the stockroom policies and guidelines with the other members not part of the BOH team
