- Inventory management: Maintain accurate records of all inventory, including stock levels, movements, and locations.
- Forecasting and ordering: Monitor stock levels, forecast future demand, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and sufficient replenishment.
- Stock counts: Perform regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
- Data analysis and reporting: Generate reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and other inventory-related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Process improvement: Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Logistics and coordination: Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinate with logistics, and assist with order fulfillment.
- Supplier management: Monitor supplier performance and address any discrepancies in deliveries.
