This role involves assisting in the care, management, and transportation of hogs to ensure their quality and timely delivery to Marketing. 

1. Maintain accurate records of hogs stocks, goat, dragon fruit, supplies, and equipment.

2. Monitoring and recording employee attendance and work hours.

3. Monitoring & issuing shipping permits both online and manually to customers upon purchase of hogs.

4. Organize and update inventory logs, transaction records, and reports.

5. Work with farm personnel, marketing personnel, and buyers to ensure smooth operations.

6. Ensure all inventory and records comply with company policies and regulations

7. Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.

8. Assist in weighing hogs as needed and ensure accurate documentation.

9. Practices religiously company rules and regulations on personnel conduct and other policies or programs concerning safety, security, energy and materials conservation. Interprets such rules and regulations in the course of implementation should the occasion arise.

10. Perform other tasks assigned from time to time as per superior’s instruction.
