Core Responsibilities

• Receiving Stock: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for damage or missing items.
• Record Keeping: Update inventory logs, databases, or warehouse software with real-time stock movements.
• Organization: Label items with barcodes and arrange products in designated storage zones.
• Auditing: Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory checks to spot and fix discrepancies.
• Replenishment: Monitor stock thresholds and alert supervisors when supplies run low.

Key Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and familiarity with inventory management software.
