Duties & Responsibilities:
- Check Data: Review and pre-approve dealer service records in the system for accuracy.
- Process Payments: Ensure dealer bonuses, maintenance incentives, and warranty payouts are processed on time every month.
- Call Customers: Conduct satisfaction phone surveys with customers and report their feedback.
