- Track & Process Payments: Monitor post-dated checks (PDCs) from dealers and pass them to the Treasury team for receipts.
- Follow Up & Support: Contact dealers for missing charge slips and process service incentive documents.
- Data & Paperwork: Scan/send documents to dealers, enter PDC details into the SAP system, and help with general office tasks.
Qualifications:
- College graduates
- Preferably someone with an Accounting background (we accept internship accounting experience).
- Basic computer and good communication skills.
- A helpful, customer-service-oriented attitude
