- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Identify, investigate, and proactively report inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of inventory records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounting teams regarding stock movements.
- Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment when necessary.
- Verify the accuracy of deliveries, issuances, and stock transfers.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient storage area.
- Support management with inventory analysis and reporting requirements
