Job Profile

Responsible for accurate receiving, recording, and organizing all incoming inventory and shipment, ensuring smooth operations and proper documentation.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inspection

• Receiving all incoming shipments and verify theam against purchase orders, supplier invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and other relevant documents.
• Witness and inspect incoming goods to verify quantity, quality and any damages.
• Report discrepancies (e.g., missing items, mismatched quantities, incorrect documentation) to the Inventory Control Officer.

Recording and Documentation

• Prepare Receiving Report for all goods received
• Collate Receiving Reports and other supporting documents (ex. Supplier Invoices, Bill Landing., etc) to be submitted to Accounting Payables
• Record and encode all inventory received into the ERP system.
• Assist Inventory Control Officer in preparation of reports request by immediate superior or management.
• Maintain organized of Recieving Reports and other supporting documents.
• Participate in physical inventory and fixed assest counts and cycle counts.
• Support audit requirements by providing accurate documentation when needed.
• Perform other related duties and ad hoc task as may be assisned by management.
