Job Summary

The Inventory Assistant monitors and maintains accurate inventory records while coordinating with the warehouse to ensure proper stock control and reliable reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and update inventory records

• Coordinate stock movements with the warehouse

• Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare inventory reports

• Maintain proper documentation and compliance

Qualifications

- At least college level (2 years) or graduate of 2-year vocational course/associate diploma

- Required: TOR / Good Moral / Diploma / Certificate of Graduation

- With previous experience in inventory-related work (storage warehouse)

- Familiarity with inventory systems, inventory transaction processes, and inventory accounting principles

- Knowledgeable in INBOUND and OUTBOUND Process

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
