Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Inventory Tracking: Recording all incoming and outgoing inventory, parts, or products in the inventory management system.
• Auditing and Reconciliation: Performing regular, routine, and year-end inventory counts, as well as reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Stock Management: Monitoring inventory levels, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items, and initiating replenishment or disposal.
• Receiving/Shipping: Inspecting, verifying, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, while processing paperwork like packing slips and invoices.
• Organization: Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly, well-organized storage area to maximize efficiency.
• Reporting: Preparing inventory reports for management regarding stock levels, shortages, and purchasing needs.
