DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct of Periodic Inventory Count

  • Performs physical inventory count
  • Prepares report on result of inventory count on a timely manner
  • Analyze inventory variance and conduct inventory system analysis
  • Prepares adjustment on the result of count in the system
  • Generate MAC report to compare with the final result of count

Negative Inventory

  • Check assigned stores in the system for negative inventory periodically
  • Email stores, together with SC, for the reason of negative inventory
  • Follow-up and monitor store action to correct negative inventory

Open P.O.

  • Check assigned stores in the system for open P.O. periodically
  • Email stores, together with SC, for the disposition of open P.O.
  • Follow-up and monitor store disposition on open P.O. for its closure

Annual Physical Inventory

  • Reports to inventory location on-time and properly prepared
  • Summarizes result of count for H.O. reporting and posting
  • Provides variance report on-time to Senior Officer
  • Prepare roll-forward report on assigned stores and submit on-time to Senior Officer
