Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Generates data from the system
2. Calculates end stock per book per item per brand
3. Prepares stock flow/analysis per item per brand
4. Prints stock analysis
5. Prepares various reports such as summary of retail sales, cumulative sales, comparative sales by quantity, sales per model, EPR location-status, and more
6. Encodes ICS and assists in retail inventory reconciliation
7. Prepares PO for specific brands
8. Updates Citizen masterfile and description
9. Assists in corporate sales and inquiries
10. Provides inventory audit as per request
11. Manages email pull-out requests and other inventory concerns to stores
12. Assists in replenishing sold items for specific brands
13. Helps in the preparation of PCN and requests SM SKU at PSIS
14. Performs general office duties and other related functions as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, Finance Management/Accounting Technology/IT or equivalent.
3. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented and accurate.
6. Analytical skills.
7. Must reside in Binondo Manila or willing to be assigned in the area.
8. Immediate availability required.
