DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Encodes accurate order information in the system.
• Processes purchase receipts, picking list and delivery receipt and incidents in the system.
• Reconciles discrepancies in orders and deliveries.
• Monitors negative stock reports in the system.
• Prints price tags.
• Reconcile inventory count and system count – for DC / Store.
• Process quantity inventory adjustment in the system.
• Process in the system the write off / shrinkage / store transfers for adjustment in the system.
• Prepare reports.
• Propose necessary processes to be more efficient and effective.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in order processing, inventory management, or a related administrative role.
• Exposure to retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations preferred.
