Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update asset and inventory records.
• Monitor asset movement, issuance, transfers, and returns.
• Conduct physical inventory and asset verification at the warehouse (2–3 days per week).
• Reconcile inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and asset reports.
• Analyze inventory data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with company asset management procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management or Management Accounting
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship in Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse, Audit, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and basic data analysis).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to work 2–3 days in the warehouse and the remaining days in the office.
