The Inventory Staff is responsible for monitoring, organizing, and maintaining accurate inventory records. They ensure that stock levels are sufficient, properly stored, and recorded in the system to support smooth business operations.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Receive, check, and record incoming deliveries
  • Inspect items for damage or discrepancies
  • Organize and store stocks properly in the warehouse or stockroom
  • Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counting
  • Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse team regarding stock levels
  • Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving items
  • Report shortages, overages, and damaged items to management
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of storage area


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year experience in inventory or warehouse operations (advantage)
  • Knowledge in inventory systems and basic MS Excel
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Physically fit
  • Good communication skills

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
