The Inventory Controller is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the company’s inventory records and stock levels.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and reconciliations
• Track stock levels, movements, and adjustments in the inventory system
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records
• Prepare and submit detailed inventory reports to management on a regular basis
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure proper stock replenishment
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses, damages, and variances
• Oversee proper documentation of receipts, transfers, and withdrawals of goods
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements
• Support forecasting and planning by providing accurate inventory data
• Recommend improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy and efficiency
• Experience as an Inventory Controller, Inventory Analyst, or in a similar logistics/supply chain role is required.
