Job Description
- The Inventory Staff is responsible for assisting in monitoring, recording, and maintaining accurate stock levels within the company’s warehouse or storage facilities.
- Assist in receiving, recording, and organizing incoming and outgoing goods
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with records
- Update inventory logs, stock cards, or system databases accurately and promptly
- Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items to supervisors
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of items to prevent losses or damages
- Assist in preparing inventory reports for management review
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing staff for replenishment and distribution needs
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard inventory procedures
- Support the Inventory/Warehouse Officer in daily operations as required
