As Inventory Clerk: Stock clerk compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishments. Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using a computer. 

As Purchaser: Properly coordinates with suppliers and delivery schedules. Responsible for the purchasing of all supplies and materials needed by the company according to the appropriated budget and storing them accurately following Food Safety standards at all times.

• Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price list, shortages, travel log regularly
• Receive, unpack, sort, stock shelves with and restock inventory with proper labels
• Maintain and update records. Report discrepancies.
• Count materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock
• Compiling balance, price and cost reports
• Locate vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales following procedures
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
• Works quickly while paying attention to multiple responsibilities at a time
• Represent the company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers
• Other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time
• At least College Graduate
• At least two (2) year experience in stocking, logistics, or related field
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Written and oral comprehension skills
• Able to complete tasks with little to no direct supervision
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a complex, 

fast-paced environment
