Responsible for ensuring accurate, real-time inventory records across finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and supplies. This role supports daily operations by encoding production daily outputs, stock movements and packing outputs. Supporting OM in inventory audits, and managing recurring office and operational supply purchases. The coordinator works closely with OM, Production and Packing teams to ensure all inventory data is properly recorded, stock levels are maintained & updated daily, and operational stock workflows follow established SOPs to avoid shortages, overstocking, or shipping disruptions. Additionaly, the role is expected to assist in other operational tasks or areas as needed by the Operations Manager to support overall business continuity and efficiency.
