Description

  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted supply for tour packages. Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with vendors to order and restock travel essentials. Organize and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the stock management system. Assist in the development of inventory management policies and procedures to improve efficiency within Travbest Travel & Tours Co. Work closely with team members across the Hospitality & Tourism industry to forecast inventory needs.

  • Educational Qualifications: - No formal education requirement- Experience Level: - Entry-level; no previous experience required- Skills and Competencies: - Strong analytical skills - High attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving abilities- Responsibilities and Duties: - Maintain accurate inventory records - Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies - Assist in inventory audits and stock management-Working Conditions: - Office and scheduled bank transactions.Qualities and Traits: - Organized and methodical - Dependable with a keen eye for details - Adaptable and able to work in a team setting
