Description

Manage and maintain inventory levels to optimize operations
Conduct regular asset audits and inventories reconciliations
Oversee proper warehousing and storage of assets
Update and monitor inventory records in database systems
Coordinate with purchasing department to reorder assets and/or supplies
Provide insightful reports on inventory status to management

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in inventory software, computer literate, excellent organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties: Tracking inventory levels, performing audits, and preparing inventory reports.
Working Conditions: Work in an office environment, sometimes stock room with occasional exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, a teamwork-oriented attitude, dependability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
