Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Inventory Allocation

• Allocates inventory stocks by determining and directing their movement into and out of the warehouse, including scheduling shipments and pick-ups.

• Analyzes inventory statistics, which includes performing financial analytics to determine which products are selling the most and which are under-performing.

B. Supply Chain Coordination

• Coordinates with project managers, warehouse employees, and shipping supervisors to plan and schedule pick-ups and distribution of inventory items.

C. Document Discrepancies

• Documents inventory discrepancies such as missing or mislabeled items.

D. Inventory Count

• Performs regular inventory count and verifies the number against shipping and receiving logs.

E. Inventory Report

• Writes regular inventory reports detailing inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• With experience in supply chain logistics or warehousing is a plus

• Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills, with good analytical skills, good communication skills, with leadership skills

• Detail- oriented with regards to data accuracy

• Ability to communicate effectively with the team

• Must be willing and able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed (6 days onsite, 1 day-off) in Bagumbayan, Taguig
