‎Receive and inspect incoming stocks

‎Record and update inventory in the system or logbook

‎Organize and store items properly in the warehouse or stockroom

‎Issue materials/items based on approved requests

‎Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items

‎Responsibilities:

‎Ensure accuracy of stock records

‎Prevent stock damages, loss, and theft

‎Conduct regular physical inventory or stock counts

‎Prepare inventory reports for management

‎Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse staff

Skills and Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or stock management
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory software)
• Ability to do basic math and record-keeping
• Good communication and teamwork skills
