Shoeciety Inc.' is seeking an experienced Inventory Auditor to join our team in our South Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of our company's inventory, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Performing scheduled and ad-hoc inventory audits across our flagship store and warehouses
• Reconciling inventory records with physical stock counts, investigating and resolving any variances
• Analyzing audit findings to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for process enhancements
• Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations for management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and inventory control measures
• Providing training and guidance to store and warehouse personnel on inventory management best practices
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in inventory auditing or a related accounting/finance role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Proficient in using inventory management software and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of retail industry standards and best practices for inventory control
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent professional designation is preferred
