Inventory Control Analyst

FH Commercial, Inc. is looking for an Inventory Control Analyst to join our team in Potrero, Malabon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role offering a monthly salary of

₱23,000–₱25,000.

In this role, you will monitor inventory transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting physical and cycle counts, reconciling stock variances, and ensuring compliance with inventory policies and FIFO procedures. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring inbound and outbound material documents in day to day operations

• Conduct annual inventory (All items)

• Identify slow moving and non-moving SKU and cascade to Business Units (Sales and Marketing Dept.) for move-out plans implementation.

• Send daily inventory reports to sales and marketing. Create inventory template that can be viewed anytime.

• Prepare report of near-expiring SKU in a monthly basis.

• Initiate weekly to monthly physical and cycle inventory count of fast moving items

• Reconciles any variances of actual inventories vs system records immediately

• Report all expired items with copy to accounting for proper documentations

• Close coordination with inventory staff for stock reconciliation

• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to inventory management, such as FIFO (First In, First Out) methods.

• Inventory count variance not more than 1% vs actual

• 100% accuracy of Inventory Report send to or can be viewed by Sales and Marketing Department anytime.
