- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media
- Promote and sell products or services online
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders
- Process sales transactions and coordinate with fulfillment teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Meet daily or monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and sales
Qualifications
- High school graduate or college level (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
- Experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable using chat tools, social media, and online platforms
- Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and reliable
