- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Manage order processing and follow up on sales leads.

- Educational Qualifications: 4 years Graduate of any course.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience. With experience in social media platforms, such as Lazada/Shoppe and TikTok. Handling the process of ordering online, including generating waybills, communicating with customers, and posting to various platforms. With background in editing or uploading pictures to online.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking, sales management, CRM, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in social media.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage potential customers, provide sales support, and build and maintain customer relationships.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with potential remote work options and occasional travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
