Description

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness.

2. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms thru organic ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

3. Create and manage content for social media and email marketing.

4. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using insights to make data-driven decisions. (Meta Suite)

5. Collaborate with the sales team to align online marketing efforts with sales goals.

6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Excellent communication and creative skills.

9. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

10. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

11. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and stay updated on digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

1. A Senior High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3. Familiarity with data entry software and document management systems.

4. Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with high accuracy.

5. Know how to design layout for ads (Facebook, Tik Tok, and other social media platforms.

6. With at least 1 year experienced in online sales (outbound)
