- Providing product information and answering customer questions
- Cross-selling related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
- Explaining the benefits and functions of products, including how to set them up, prepare them for use and operate them correctly for the best results
- Accepting and processing customer payments and returns
- Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor by organizing items and replenishing stock
- Promoting special sales, offers, store loyalty programs, store credit cards and special events
- Remaining up to date on the latest products in the warehouse
