Key Responsibilities:

• Update product listings, pricing, and visual content across all online store channels.
• Monitor incoming orders and collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track stock levels closely to prevent stockouts or overstocking on digital platforms.
• Launch online promotions, mega-sale events, and platform-specific marketing campaigns.
• Track sales metrics, analyze traffic patterns, and generate weekly performance reports.
• Respond to online customer inquiries, manage product reviews, and resolve delivery disputes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce stores or online marketplace channels.
• Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
• Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic web analytics tools.
• Excellent written communication, sharp attention to detail, and strong multitasking abilities.
