Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process daily incoming orders across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
• Retrieve correct products from storage and package them securely according to company standards.
• Generate shipping labels, schedule courier pickups, and track outgoing shipments.
• Conduct regular stock counts, update system inventory levels, and report low stock to production or procurement teams.
• Inspect items for defects before packing to minimize customer returns and complaints.
• Process incoming customer returns and exchanges by inspecting items and updating inventory status.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, or retail logistics.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, warehouse management software (WMS), and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages.
• High accuracy in matching product SKUs, variations, and quantities under tight deadlines.
• Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and delivery riders.
