Install, maintain, and repair DCTV Cable Network Broadband Services, Inc.'s equipment and infrastructure.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with internet, cable, and telephony services.
Provide high-quality customer service on-site, resolving technical concerns promptly.
Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations at all times.
Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless telecom service delivery.
Participate in regular training to remain current with the latest technology and practices.
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and logs.

Educational Qualifications: Must have at least a High School or Senior High School diploma. Technical certifications or relevant training is a plus.
Experience Level: Entry-level; less than 1-year experience is acceptable, though prior hands-on experience or apprenticeship is beneficial.
Skills and Competencies: Should know how to drive with a valid driver's license, skilled in installing cable and internet services, and able to conduct routine maintenance check-ups on equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties: Perform installations and service appointments, troubleshoot issues, provide maintenance for cable and internet systems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions: Fieldwork required, must be willing to travel to different locations within the service area. Potential for varying work hours including weekends.
