The Trade Activation Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing trade marketing and promotional activities to achieve client sales objectives. This role ensures the successful implementation of promotions, efficient management of promotional materials, timely reporting, and effective coordination with internal teams and project implementers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan and coordinate trade marketing and promotional activities aligned with client objectives and sales targets.
• Prepare promotional work plans, cost estimates, and implementation schedules, ensuring all logistics and manpower requirements are in place.
• Conduct training and briefing sessions for project implementers to ensure proper execution of promotional activities.
• Coordinate the timely deployment of promotional materials, equipment, and other operational requirements.
• Monitor the implementation of national and local promotions and recommend improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Manage the inventory, distribution, and audit of POS materials, premiums, and promotional equipment.
• Prepare and submit timely reports, including promotional updates, competitive reports, recommendations, and quarterly activity plans.
• Review promotional expense reports and ensure proper allocation of costs for all activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of client programs, marketing plans, and other proprietary information.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
• Experience in trade marketing, brand activation, event management, or promotions is an advantage
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
