Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Sales Designer to join our interior design team. This role combines strong sales skills with design expertise to guide clients from initial consultation through design development and final purchase. The Sales Designer will understand client needs, create inspiring interior solutions, and drive revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their design needs, style preferences, budget, and timelines
• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and product selections tailored to client goals
• Present design proposals, mood boards, space plans, and material selections
• Actively sell interior design solutions, furniture, finishes, and related services
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing and order placement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure project success
• Maintain accurate project documentation, pricing, and client records
• Stay current on interior design trends, products, and industry best practices
