DBE Granite Enterprise is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Licensed Architect to join our growing team in Greater Lagro, Quezon City. This is a full-time, office-based position ideal for professionals with a strong background in fit-out works, modular cabinetry, furniture, and interior construction who are passionate about delivering high-quality and functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and consult with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, budget, and project objectives.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and surveys for project planning and implementation.
• Prepare space planning, shop drawings, technical drawings, and complete construction details.
• Develop high-quality 3D renderings and design presentations using industry-standard software.
• Prepare accurate quotations, material estimates, cutting lists, and project proposals.
• Produce complete drawings and documentation required for CNC manufacturing and production.
• Coordinate closely with the sales, production, and installation teams to ensure project accuracy and smooth execution.
• Identify design or construction issues and recommend practical and cost-effective solutions.
• Respond to technical inquiries from clients and internal teams.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and company quality requirements.

Job Requirements

• Licensed Architect is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in fit-out, modular cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, or interior construction.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Mozaik, and other relevant architectural or 3D visualization software.
• Experience in preparing shop drawings, production drawings, CNC-ready outputs, and cutting lists.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction, materials, hardware, and production processes is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
