Interior Design Director (Mandarin Speaking)

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in leading design firms or internationally recognized studios.
• Proven experience as an Interior Design Director, Design Director, Creative Director, Principal Designer, or Senior Interior Design Manager.
• Strong portfolio in luxury residential, hospitality, office, or commercial projects.
• Excellent leadership, client management, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and grow a world-class design practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall design direction and quality control of luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and workplace projects.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept design to construction and project completion.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing interior design team.
• Ensure technical excellence by coordinating with MEP, lighting, HVAC, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop innovative design concepts while maintaining high-quality project delivery.
• Adapt international design standards to the Philippine market.
