Job Description
CIFI Construction Corp. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented layout expert to help us bring our renovation projects to life. From condo units to commercial spaces, we need someone who can turn concepts into efficient, functional, and visually appealing floor plans.
Scope of Work:
- Create accurate and professional layout plans (2D/3D preferred)
- Collaborate with our team for site-specific adjustments
- Prepare technical drawings for permits and construction
- Apply creative solutions for space maximization
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software
- Experience in residential and commercial layout design
- Familiar with Philippine construction standards (a big plus!)
- Able to deliver fast, clean, and precise work
- Office Location: A.S. Fortuna St. Mandaue City
