WE’RE HIRING: ARCHITECT

Number of Positions: 1–2

Salary: ₱18,000–₱22,000 per month

Location: Manila

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. Licensed and non-licensed applicants are welcome to apply. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop 2D and 3D models, renderings, and design presentations.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, specifications, and material schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Assist in resolving design and construction-related issues during project implementation.
• Ensure architectural documents comply with the National Building Code of the Philippines, applicable regulations, and company standards.
• Revise drawings and documents based on project requirements and client feedback.
• Prepare as-built drawings and project documentation upon project completion.
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist with material estimates when required.
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect or non-licensed applicant is welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Revit is a plus..
• Knowledge of rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of the National Building Code of the Philippines and construction methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel and conduct site inspections when necessary.
